Independent Reseller
We are an independent reseller of branded toys and Pokémon cards and are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by the brands we offer or any of their subsidiaries. All brand names, logos, designs, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Step 1: You place your order
As soon as you have placed your order, we will get started straight away. Some sets have limited availability, are sold out or are only available through selected resell channels. That is why we source your set through our network of reliable suppliers.
Our average delivery time is approx 15 days. In some cases this may take a little faster or a little longer, depending on availability, supplier and transport.
Step 2: Sourcing & booking your set
After your order, we will look for the right set from a reliable supplier. We pay attention to the correct version, box condition, completeness and the condition in which the set is offered.
Once the right set is found, it is reserved and prepared for shipment to us or, for regular partners, processed directly through our audited partner network.
Step 3: Receipt & first check
When the set arrives, we carry out a first check. We look at, among other things, the general condition of the box, the seal, the product information and any visible damage.
This way we check whether the set corresponds to the order and is suitable for sending to the customer.
Step 4: Verification & quality control
Before shipment, we carefully check each set for important points, such as:
– box condition
– set number and product information
– visible damage or defects
– general condition of the item
– completeness, as far as this can be checked without opening
We do not open new, sealed sets to preserve their original condition. However, we do carefully inspect the exterior and packaging before the set is shipped.
Step 5: Ready to ship
After approval, we will prepare your set for shipment. The set is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport as much as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from us so that you can track your package.
Step 6 Build & collect
Once you receive it, it's time to enjoy your new set. Whether you're buying to build, collect, or give as a gift, we ensure that your order is processed with care.
