Step 1: You place your order

Once you have placed your order, we will get straight to work. Some LEGO sets are only available in limited quantities, are sold out, or are only available through selected resale channels. That's why we source your set through our network of reliable suppliers.

Our average delivery time is approximately 15 days. In some cases, this may be slightly faster or slightly longer, depending on availability, supplier, and transport.

Step 2: Sourcing & reservation of your set

After you place your order, we will source the correct LEGO set from a reliable supplier. We pay close attention to the correct version, box condition, completeness, and the state in which the set is offered.

Once the right set is found, it is reserved and prepared for shipment to us or, for regular partners, processed directly through our controlled partner network.

Step 3: Receipt & initial inspection

When the LEGO set arrives, we carry out an initial inspection. This includes checking the general condition of the box, the seal, the product information, and any visible damage.

This allows us to verify whether the set matches the order and is suitable for shipping to the customer.

Step 4: Verification & quality control

Before shipment, we carefully check each set for important points, such as:

– box condition

– set number and product information

– visible damage or defects

– general condition of the item

– completeness, as far as this can be checked without opening

We do not open new, sealed sets to preserve their original condition. However, we do carefully inspect the exterior and packaging before the set is shipped.

Step 5: Ready for shipment

After approval, we will prepare your LEGO set for shipment. The set will be carefully packed to prevent damage during transport as much as possible.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from us so you can follow your package.
