Important information

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+1) Central European Time (CET) will be processed the same day.
Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping procedure

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email stating that we have started processing your order.
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
After processing, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email with tracking information.

We offer free delivery on all orders to the Netherlands and United Kingdom .


Delays

If the maximum processing and shipping times have passed and your order still hasn't arrived, don't worry. Just wait another two business days and use your tracking code.
If your order still hasn't been delivered, please contact us at support@maximumlifestyle.nl so we can investigate the problem.


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@maximumlifestyle.nl .
Please note: Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.


Damaged or incorrect items

If you unexpectedly receive a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Take clear photos of the problem and send them to support@maximumlifestyle.nl .
We will immediately assess your situation and ensure that you receive the correct, undamaged item.
