Return & Refund Policy

At Maximum Lifestyle, customer satisfaction and high-quality products are our top priorities. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags still attached.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • No restocking fees: We do not charge any fees for restocking.

2. How to initiate a return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to support@maximumlifestyle.nl with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive a return form and the return address.

  2. Pack your item(s): Pack the items securely, preferably in the original packaging.

  3. Send the return: Use a traceable shipping method and keep the tracking number until the return is confirmed.

3. Refund information

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Original shipping costs: These are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly delivered item.

4. Exchange

We do not offer a direct exchange service. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund within 30 days and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please report this within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Send an email to support@maximumlifestyle.nl.

  2. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item.

We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible and, if applicable, reimburse the return shipping costs.

6. Important notes

  • Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

  • Always use a traceable shipping method to prevent loss in transit.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
