Let children build their own drag race car with the LEGO Technic Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 (42138) building set.
This cool muscle car is made for children aged 9 and over and fans of fast racing cars. The set offers a fun building experience and introduces young builders to technology, movement and LEGO Technic functions in an accessible way.
The car is inspired by the iconic Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 and has a recognizable sporty appearance. The striking shape, racing details and powerful look make the model really feel like a drag racing car.
With the 2 pull back motors, children can pull the car backwards and then let go to make it move forward. This makes the set not only fun to build, but also fun to actively play with.
Through the LEGO Technic AR app, children can expand the playing experience with augmented reality functions. They can test the car on a virtual race track, try challenges and play with the model in new ways.
After racing, the back cover can be attached, giving the car a sleek display look. This means the model also looks great on a shelf, desk or in a children's room.
The completed model measures approximately 3" (8cm) high, 10" (27cm) long and 4" (12cm) wide.
