How can I see if my order has already been sent?

Can I still change the address of my order?
To guarantee fast delivery, we usually grab your package within the hour in. If you call within an hour after your order has been placed, we can still adjust your address. We cannot guarantee that this will succeed with every order, so be there as quickly as possible.
If this is not the case, give us the right address via customer service and we will ensure that you will soon receive your package at home.
How do I cancel my order?

How do I return a product?

- Pack your order well so that it arrives in good condition with us.

Please note: save the proof of shipment with the Track & Trace Code.
After receipt, we will assess you on the following points:
- The item must be unopened in full and in case of food (supplements).
- The item may not be damaged or broken (in original condition).
- The product is equipped with the factory packaging.
- The product is not worn and/or washed.
If your order does not meet the above requirements, we will contact you for a suitable solution.
If a package is returned with our answer number without first contacting us, a personal contribution will always be charged.
How can I exchange or return a product?
- When purchasing a product, it is possible to cancel or exchange the purchase within 14 days, provided the product is not open.
- The cancellation period starts on the day after receiving the product.
