About our product

Build a massive mobile crane full of technical functions with the LEGO Technic Mobile Crane MK II (42009) building set.

This impressive 2-in-1 model offers a large and challenging building experience for LEGO Technic fans who love cranes, machinery, and realistic movements. With 2,606 parts, 10 wheels, and 5 axles, this is a sturdy model with much to discover.

Drive the crane into position with the 8-wheel steering and then rotate the superstructure to prepare the crane for operation. The LEGO Power Functions motor allows you to control various functions, such as extending the outriggers, lowering the feet, and lifting or extending the crane arm.

The crane arm can extend to approximately 77 cm high. With the working winch, you can lower the hook and lift loads, making the model extra fun to play with and test.

The model also features a detailed V8 engine with moving pistons, giving the build a technical and realistic feel, exactly what you would expect from a large LEGO Technic set.

This set can also be rebuilt into a container stacker with a truck, offering extra building fun and a second large vehicle model to explore.

The Mobile Crane MK II, with its crane arm retracted and outriggers stowed, measures approximately 21 cm high, 59 cm long, and 15 cm wide.
